Buyer Solutions
Wholesale Properties – Properties priced well under market value for a quick sale. These houses typically need a lot of work but they go FAST because our Buyers know how to unlock the profit.
Cash-flow Properties – Single and Multi-Family homes with tenants in place. Some with owner financing or lease/option structure.
Rehab Properties – Fix for equity deals. We leave the profit in these deals and pass it on to our Buyers.
